30 DAYS RETURN RIGHT

We hope you love your Veronea purchase! However, if there are any issues with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of receiving it. We can only accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from our website, veronea.com. If you purchased from one of our stockists, please contact them directly.

RETURNS

You have the right to return items within 30 days without stating reasons. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging, and their original condition and quality.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable. If you are returning your product due to damage, shortages, or defect, the original shipping fee, if any, will be refunded.

To request a refund please email care@veronea.com with your order number. You will receive an email confirmation and instructions. Ship your package using a courier of your choice. You are responsible for the arrival of the package at our warehouse. We recommend using track and trace so that you may follow the shipment.

Postage as well as any other expenses in relation to returning such as secure packaging must be covered and paid by you. We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).

Complete the returns form provided in your package and include it with your return. If you have misplaced the original paperwork, please write down the original order number and enclose in your package.

You cannot use your right of return by refusing to accept the goods at delivery or omitting to collect them without at the same time letting us know that you wish to return.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received at our warehouse and passed the inspection. When the return is approved, you will receive a refund confirmation email. The amount will be issued to the original payment method within 1 business day of the approval, but it may take 5-10 business days to show up in your account.

Please note that any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Veronea.

Why is the received amount less than the order amount?

  • PayPal deducted a processing fee from the original payment. Therefore, the refund amount reflects the actual amount we received after PayPal fees.
  • The bank may charge a transaction fee.
  • The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment.

If you receive less than the original amount, you may contact PayPal or your bank to check the above scenarios.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a product. We kindly ask you to return the item for a refund and place a separate order for the new product.
